How do I make an appointment?

Appointments can be made via the online booking platform, by telephone or through social media.

How can I pay?

Cash and card payments are accepted.

How do I cancel my appointment?

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone, social media or through the online booking system. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required; cancellations with less notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service price.

Why is the door locked?

The door may be locked during treatments. If you are the next client, I’ll be with you at your appointment time. New clients are welcome to check the treatment menu for opening hours and contact details.
